Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Peacocks & Pearls you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 calendar days of delivery, returns will be accepted as long as the package is post marked within the 10 calendar days of the delivery date. You may return for store credit an additional 10 calendar days after that window for store credit.​ Should you need to return items you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Peacocks & Pearls Owensboro (4399 Springhill Drive, Suite C, Owensboro, KY 42303). Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them. ALL Holiday/Themed Merchandise is FINAL SALE. NO returns will be accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more or items in the Sale Collection as they are final sale.​ Merchandise returned without original tags attached, a damaged tag, or after the return window will not be accepted for a refund.

How to start a return:

1. Click HERE to access your customer account and submit a return request.

2. Mail your package to Peacocks & Pearls Owensboro: 4399 Springhill drive, Suite C, Owensboro, KY 42303​. Include your original packing slip that contains your order number, name and phone number in package.

3. Once we have received the package we will issue a refund to the card you paid with in the amount you paid, minus the shipping cost. Or store credit to a gift card, minus the shipping cost.

4. If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

Return Policy:

All in-store returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 10 calendar days for a full refund. You may receive store credit within 10 additional calendar days. All mailed returns must be accompanied by a packing slip and post-marked within 10 calendar days of delivery date for a full refund. You may receive store credit when post-marked within an additional 10 calendar days of delivery date. No returns will be accepted without receipt/packing slip or tags. No returns are accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more.
